Custuning forged wheel products are machined from a solid aerospace grade 6061 T6 forged aluminum billet to achieve superior strength. Utilizing the latest 5-axis CNC machining techniques allows for adding cuts to the spokes and rear pad face, removing unnecessary weight, and adding more detailed designs without compromising integral strength.

CUSTUNING flow-formed aluminum wheels utilize a manufacturing process that involves heating and applying pressure to stretch and compress the wheel blank. This technique enhances the strength of the aluminum alloy while achieving a lightweight effect. Compared to conventional cast aluminum wheels, these wheels not only reduce the weight by 25% but also increase strength by 20%-30%.

 

All of our forged wheels and flow-formed wheels are compatible with OE TPMS and other wheel hardware. Available in the most popular 5-stud PCD. The wheel sizes are from 19-inch to 22-inch applications with multiple offset options.
